About the Role:

Seeking a talented and versatile Visual Designer and Video Editor to create engaging visual

and video content that amplifies various initiatives across social media, internal

communications, and public-facing events. The role requires creativity, technical

proficiency, and a good understanding of communication objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Visual Design:

? Develop compelling graphics, infographics, and presentations for social media, press

releases, websites, and internal project updates.

? Create visual identities and assets for events, campaigns, and key initiatives

(banners, brochures, posters, standees, event invites).

? Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications aligned with brand

guidelines.

Video Editing & Production:

? Create short-form and long-form videos for social media platforms (Instagram,

LinkedIn, YouTube), including reels, explainers, interviews, and event highlights.

? Capture and edit event footage into impactful videos for post-event promotions and

archival purposes.

? Work closely with the PR and project teams to develop storyboards, scripts, and shot

lists as needed.

? Add animations, graphics, subtitles, and other enhancements to maximize content

engagement.

Content Collaboration & Management:

? Work closely with the Communications, PR, and Event Management teams to align

visuals with project narratives and updates.

? Manage digital asset libraries and maintain organized archives of all content created.

? Stay updated on social media trends and recommend new formats/styles to enhance

audience engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

? Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Multimedia, or a

related field.

? 3 years of proven experience in visual design and video editing.

? Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After

Effects), Canva, or equivalent tools.

? Strong eye for design aesthetics, typography, colour, and layout.

? Experience editing videos for social media with attention to platform-specific best

practices.

? Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

? Excellent communication skills and ability to understand briefs and translate them

into creative output.

? Familiarity with government, technology, and startup ecosystem communication will

be an added advantage.

Preferred (Good to Have):

? Experience working with or creating content for public sector/IT/startup ecosystem.

? Photography and basic animation skills.

? Familiarity with motion graphics and reels-first content production.
