Job Title:

Graphic Designer & Video Editor (On-Site - Bring Your Own Laptop)

Location:

V & V Agro Global LLP - 813 , 8th floor , Cyber Heights, vibhuti kahnd , gomti nagar Lucknow
This is a strictly in-office position. Work-from-home is not allowed.

Salary:

?25,000 per month (Fixed) + Bonuses & Performance Incentives

Work Hours:

10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

About the Role:

V & V Agro Global LLP is hiring a

highly creative and experienced Graphic Designer & Video Editor

to join our in-house creative team in Lucknow.
Please note: The company will not provide any system for work. You must bring your own PC or laptop to the office. The company will cover all required paid software and AI tool subscriptions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design professional banners, posters, and digital creatives using

CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Illustrator, and AI-based tools

. Independently use

AI prompts

to generate creative visuals and videos. Edit videos for

Instagram Reels, YouTube, and marketing campaigns

using

Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or other relevant tools

. Maintain brand consistency and a corporate design tone across all creatives. Collaborate with marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute new campaigns. Ensure delivery under deadlines while maintaining top-notch creative quality.
This is an on-site role only -- candidate must use their own laptop/PC at office.

Required Tools & Skills:

Mandatory:

Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva, CorelDRAW, CapCut

Preferred:

Knowledge of AI creative tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Pika, Leonardo.ai) Must be able to manage files and editing on your

own system

provided at work.

Eligibility & Experience:

Minimum

5 years of professional experience

in graphic design and video editing. Strong sense of creativity, color theory, and modern visual trends. Excellent command over short-form content timing, transitions, and trend alignment. Must be

self-sufficient in operating on personal hardware

at office premises.

Growth & Benefits:

Eligible for

promotion to Senior Creative Lead

within 6-12 months with a team of 3 under you.

Up to 50% salary hike

based on consistent performance and creative output. Company will

pay for all required software and AI tools

-- no personal expense for licenses. Exposure to influencer campaigns, digital education branding, and national projects.

Important Note:

No work-from-home, no system provided.

All selected candidates

must bring their own desktop or laptop

for daily use at the office.
Company will provide access to licensed software, AI tools, and high-speed internet.
