About the Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong design fundamentals, hands-on expertise with industry-standard tools, and a passion for learning new technologies--particularly AI-driven design tools. This role involves creating compelling visual assets across digital, social media, print, and branding platforms.
Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality visual assets for social media, digital advertisements, presentations, print collateral, branding, and internal communications.
• Create layouts, illustrations, and artwork using Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and Canva (advanced Canva skills preferred).
• Adapt and version existing creatives efficiently across multiple platforms based on campaign requirements.
• Support the marketing team with event branding, promotional materials, in-store communication, and product-related graphics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design briefs and deliver solutions aligned with brand guidelines.
• Leverage AI-powered design tools (such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALLE, etc.) to generate concepts, backgrounds, and creative iterations.
• Perform basic video editing for short-form content, reels, teasers, and product videos.
• Ensure consistent visual identity by adhering to established brand guidelines.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, AI advancements, and industry best practices to continuously enhance creative quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and CorelDRAW.
• Strong working knowledge of Canva and Adobe Photoshop; must be fast, efficient, and independent.
• Basic video editing skills using tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar software.
• Solid understanding of colour theory, typography, composition, and layout principles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• High level of creativity, attention to detail, and a willingness to experiment.
• Enthusiasm for learning and exploring AI-based design tools.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to understand and interpret briefs clearly.
