Job Responsibilities

Develop and design engaging graphics for digital and print platforms including social media, product packaging, website, marketing campaigns, and presentations.

Create high-quality videos and motion graphics for product promotions, brand campaigns, tutorials, and events.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Branding, R&D, Product Development) to ensure design consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
Lead and manage multiple design projects from concept to completion within tight deadlines.

Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and implement them effectively in projects.
Maintain and organize digital assets and ensure design files are properly archived.
Mentor junior designers if needed and contribute to team growth and creativity.

Key Requirements

Proven experience (3+ years) as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, preferably in the FMCG, wellness, or natural food sector.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and proficiency in video editing and motion graphics.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and branding.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with multiple stakeholders.
Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to think out of the box.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
Experience in creating designs for product packaging, social media ads, and digital marketing.
Knowledge of photography, illustration, and basic animation is a plus.
