About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented

Graphic & Packaging Designer

who is passionate about

designing premium corrugated products, packaging artwork, brand visuals, and marketing materials

. This role will support the development of

Corruga

, an innovative line of creative DIY corrugated toys and experiences, as well as

Let's Pac / Riyo Packaging

, one of India's largest corrugated packaging manufacturing companies.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong aesthetic sense, packaging knowledge, and the ability to convert ideas into functional, visually powerful designs across physical and digital formats.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Packaging Design

Design artwork, dielines and print-ready layouts for

corrugated toys, kits and creative products

under the Corruga brand. Create

structural and graphic packaging

solutions that balance functionality, strength, cost efficiency and branding. Develop 2D & 3D

visual mock-ups, prototypes, renders and assembly manuals

. Collaborate with production, R&D and operations teams for sampling and prototyping. Work with marketing teams to ensure packaging aligns with brand language and customer experience goals.

Branding & Creative Communication

Design

brand communication assets

including catalogues, brochures, instruction manuals, pitch decks, proposals and corporate presentations. Create

digital and social media content

(Instagram posts, reels, animations, ads, storyboards, video assets etc.). Support

website content design, UI updates, banners and product photography enhancement

. Maintain consistent visual identity across Corruga, LetsPac and Riyo.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Design / Fine Arts / Visual Communication or related field preferred. Experience in

packaging, toy design, consumer product design or structural design

is a plus. Proficiency in:

CorelDraw

Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign

AutoCAD / CAD-based packaging software

3D visualization tools (optional bonus: Blender / Keyshot / Solidworks) Ability to produce

dielines, prototypes, technical drawings and print specifications

. Strong creativity, illustration skills, visual storytelling and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
