Job Summary

We are looking for a

creative and skilled Graphic Designer & Video Editor

who can handle both video editing and graphic design for real estate marketing. The candidate will be responsible for creating long-form and short-form videos as well as social media creatives aligned with our content calendar.

Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Editing

Edit

long-form real estate videos

for YouTube Create

short-form videos

for: YouTube Shorts Instagram Reels Add effects, transitions, text, music, and basic motion graphics suitable for real estate content Optimize videos according to platform requirements

Graphic Design

Design creatives as per the

monthly/weekly content calendar

Create posts for: Instagram Facebook LinkedIn YouTube (thumbnails, banners, post creatives) Maintain brand consistency across all designs

Content Support

Collaborate with the marketing team to understand content requirements Ensure timely delivery of creatives and videos Suggest creative ideas and trends relevant to real estate marketing

Requirements

Minimum

6 months of experience

in

graphic design and video editing

Proficiency in tools such as: Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / Filmora After Effects (basic motion graphics preferred) Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva Understanding of social media formats and trends Basic knowledge of real estate content is a plus Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Working Days & Timings

Tuesday to Sunday

10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Weekly off:

Monday
