Role Overview:

We are looking for a

creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer cum Video Editor

to design visually engaging graphics and videos for social media, branding, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, storytelling, and the ability to bring ideas to life through visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design

Design and develop creatives for

branding, social media, ads, websites, brochures, posters, banners, and presentations

. Maintain

brand identity and design consistency

across all platforms. Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create

impactful ad creatives

and campaign visuals. Stay updated with the latest

design trends, tools, and AI-based platforms

(Canva, Envato, etc.) to speed up creative production. Ensure high-quality output optimized for digital and print formats.

Video Editing

Edit

promotional videos, reels, explainers, ads, and YouTube content

. Add

music, sound design, transitions, subtitles, and visual effects

to enhance storytelling. Create

motion graphics and simple animations

using After Effects or similar tools. Work on

AI voice generation and script-based video production

. Maintain creative storytelling, pacing, and high visual quality.

Skills & Expertise

Creative and

out-of-the-box design thinking

. Strong sense of

visual aesthetics, typography, and color theory

. Proficiency in

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, CorelDRAW (plus), Canva (plus)

. Understanding of

marketing, branding, and visual storytelling

. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure. Basic knowledge of

AI tools

for creative automation is preferred. Strong typography skills in

English, Hindi, and Marathi

.

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field.

Experience:

Minimum

1 year

of experience as a Graphic Designer or Video Editor (agency experience preferred). Must have a

strong portfolio

showcasing creative work in both design and video. Nagpur-based candidates preferred.
