Job Responsibilities - Video Creation & Editing

Edit highly engaging YouTube videos (short + long formats) Create Instagram Reels, Shorts & vertical videos Add captions, sound design, transitions, subtitles & storytelling flow Improve watch-time, retention & emotional engagement Thumbnail & Graphic Design Design

high CTR thumbnails

(bold, emotional, curiosity-driven) Create posters, reels covers, banners & creatives Maintain visual branding & design consistency Retouch photos, build YouTube creatives & social visuals YouTube Fan Channel Management Create & operate

multiple YT fan channels

Upload daily content on different handles Handle metadata (title, tags, description) Repurpose old content smartly Manage automation workflows (where needed) Content scaling strategy Social Media & Growth Understand what trends on YouTube & Insta Follow latest editing styles and content formats Suggest viral ideas A/B test thumbnails Improve CTR & retention organically
