Key Responsibilities

Event Collateral & Campaign Kits

Design posters and creatives for social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp). Create teasers, FAQs, and post-event graphics. Develop ad creatives in both static and motion formats (A/B versions).

Video & Reels Editing

Edit short-form reels (15-60 seconds) with captions, overlays, and synced music. Convert long clips into highlights or testimonials. Produce micro-content such as "Did You Know" or themed series.

Brand System & Templates

Maintain and update brand kits (colors, fonts, logos). Create reusable templates for different content types. Build a digital asset library with icons, textures, and motifs.

Content Capture (On-site)

Capture behind-the-scenes visuals and short testimonials during events. Coordinate with participants for approvals and footage consent.

Delivery & Quality Assurance

Export and deliver files in proper formats (PNG/JPG/MP4). Organize and archive project files systematically. Track performance metrics to inform design improvements.

R&D / Motion

Experiment with kinetic typography, animated posters, and reels. Stay updated with platform trends and visual innovations.

Requirements

Must-Haves

Strong eye for layout, typography, and design hierarchy. Consistent application of brand style while keeping designs fresh. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects). Ability to interpret briefs and generate original content.

Nice-to-Haves

Basic photography and video-capture skills. Familiarity with motion graphics tools (After Effects/Lottie). Understanding of ad-platform guidelines and safe zones.
