3. Project & Portfolio Development
Assign real-world projects such as short films, reels, ads, YouTube content, and social media videos.
Guide students in creating
professional demo reels and portfolios

Review student projects and provide structured, constructive feedback.
4. Curriculum & Academic Support
Follow and enhance the institute's video editing syllabus.
Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and practice exercises.
Update course content based on industry trends and tools.
5. Student Evaluation
Evaluate student performance through assignments, practical exams, and final projects.
Track student progress and maintain academic records.
Identify weak areas and provide additional support where needed.
6. Lab & Classroom Management
Ensure proper use of editing labs, systems, and software.
Coordinate with admin/IT teams for system and software readiness.
7. Industry Exposure & Skill Development
Share industry workflows, best practices, and career guidance.
Conduct workshops, masterclasses, and demo sessions.
Stay updated with current trends in video editing, social media content, film, and OTT platforms.
