Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

Develop visually compelling campaign materials, including social media creatives, posters, flyers, and infographics. Create brand identities, logos, and design systems for candidates and campaigns. Work closely with the strategy and digital teams to visually translate key messages.

Video Editing

Edit engaging short-form and long-form videos for social media, campaign ads, and digital storytelling. Add subtitles, transitions, sound design, and motion graphics as needed. Manage raw footage, maintain organized video libraries, and ensure timely delivery of edits.

Collaboration & Strategy

Collaborate with strategists, content writers, and campaign managers to align visuals with messaging goals. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative concepts for digital campaigns. Stay updated with design trends, social media formats, and political content strategies.

Requirements

Previous professional experience as a Graphic Designer and/or Video Editor. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) and Canva. Strong understanding of color, typography, and layout principles. Experience designing and editing for social media platforms (Instagram, X, YouTube, Facebook). Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in political, advocacy, or issue-based campaigns. Familiarity with Figma, or DaVinci Resolve. Knowledge of motion graphics or animation. Understanding of political branding and audience engagement.
