Job Description

:

We are looking for a talented and creative Video Editor to assemble recorded footage into finished projects that match the director's vision and are suitable for publishing across various platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about storytelling through video and have a keen eye for detail, pacing, and style.

Key Responsibilities:1. Video Editing

Edit raw footage into polished videos using software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools. Trim and arrange clips to create a logical sequence and narrative flow. Add music, voice-overs, subtitles, sound effects, and transitions.

2. Post-Production Enhancements

Apply color grading, motion graphics, and visual effects (VFX) as needed. Enhance audio quality and sync sound with visuals accurately. Ensure final outputs are high-quality and optimized for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

3. Collaboration

Work closely with content creators, directors, marketing teams, or clients to understand project requirements and desired outcomes. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for video concepts and improvements.

4. Asset Management

Organize and archive video assets and project files efficiently. Maintain backups of raw footage and final versions.

5. Content Adaptation

Repurpose long-form content into shorter clips, teasers, reels, or trailers for social media. Edit videos for different formats (16:9, 1:1, 9:16) depending on the publishing platform.

6. Deadline Management

Manage multiple editing projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Adapt quickly to feedback and make revisions as needed.
