Adobe Suite

is an added bonus.

What You'll Do

Design engaging creatives, banners, social media posts, and visual assets. Edit short-form and long-form video content -- Reels, YouTube videos, ads, etc. Adapt and repurpose content for different platforms and aspect ratios. Work with the team to brainstorm and execute visual ideas. Add motion graphics, transitions, and animations to enhance video content. Maintain brand consistency across all visuals.

What We're Looking For

Solid skills in design and video editing -- tool doesn't matter as long as your output is sharp. (CapCut, InShot, VN, Canva, Adobe tools -- all good!) Good eye for detail, color, layout, and visual storytelling. Basic understanding of social media trends and content styles. Ability to take feedback positively and deliver within timelines. Bonus: Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or basic animation skills.

Must-Haves

A portfolio (even personal/college projects work!) that showcases your design and video skills. Creativity, initiative, and a genuine interest in visual content. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have (if experienced)

1-2 years of professional or freelance experience in a similar role. Experience working with content/marketing teams or clients. Understanding of branding, campaigns, and multi-platform content.
