We are hiring a professional Video Editor and graphic designer with 2 years of experience.
We are looking for a creative, fast, and Instagram trend-aware Video Editor with 2 years of hands-on experience in creating high quality videos, both motion graphics and video editing of photo shoots and able to create graphic design deliverables.
This role is ideal for someone who is an expert in creating Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, short-form video content, long video content and understands platform trends, and can edit multiple videos daily with speed and quality.
Create and Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube videos, and other social media videos (both vertical & horizontal formats with beautiful thumbnail cover designs)
Create high-engagement short-form videos using latest Instagram trends, transitions, effects, and formats, creating motion graphics.
Add subtitles/captions, text animations, emojis, sound effects, and background music
Perform audio clean-up, voice enhancement, noise reduction, and balancing background music with vocals
Optimize videos for platform-specific best practices (Reels, Shorts, Feed, Stories)
Design YouTube thumbnails that are eye-catching, clickable, and brand-aligned
Work comfortably on Canva for thumbnails, reels covers, and quick creatives
Maintain visual consistency with brand guidelines
Add engaging overlays, lower thirds, intros/outros where required
Work in a
fast-paced agency environment
Edit
multiple reels/videos per day
across different brands and industries
Collaborate with content, social media team and photographer.
Find references of trends from Instagram for inspiration and recreate the reels.
Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, hooks, and retention
Attention to detail in subtitles, audio sync, and transitions
Must know Motion Graphics
The candidate must have a portfolio of video edited reels, youtube videos, thumbnail covers to show in the portfolio.
Candidate must be able to design Thumbnails for Youtube Videos.
