We're looking for a creative, detail-driven Videographer & Editor who can turn real moments, real people, and real science into compelling visual stories.

Key Responsibilities
Video Production & Shooting
Plan, shoot, and manage video content for social media, patient stories, events, doctor interviews, campaigns, labs, and announcements.
Operate DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
Capture high-quality footage in both indoor and outdoor environments.
Coordinate with marketing, design, and scientific teams to prepare for shoots.
Video Editing
Edit videos for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, events, conferences, and internal communications.
Create clean, modern, brand-aligned edits using motion graphics, typography, and sound.
Produce vertical (9:16), square (1:1), and landscape (16:9) formats.
Maintain consistent brand aesthetics across all deliverables.
Storytelling & Creative Input
Translate raw footage into polished narratives.
Suggest shot ideas, transitions, and visual approaches that elevate storytelling.
Work closely with the marketing lead and video producer to refine concepts.
Asset & Workflow Management
Manage footage, backups, and project organisation.
Follow naming conventions and brand guidelines.
Deliver projects on tight timelines without compromising quality.

Required Skills
1-2 years of professional videography & editing experience.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (mandatory).
Basic knowledge of After Effects & motion graphics is a bonus.
Strong sense of framing, composition, colour, sound, pacing.
Ability to direct people comfortably during shoots (patients, doctors, team members).
Understanding of social-media-first content design.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Qualifications
Degree/diploma in Film, Media, Communication, Visual Arts, or similar.
Experience shooting in healthcare, corporate, or documentary styles is an advantage.
Knowledge of colour grading and audio cleanup workflows.
