Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to design engaging graphics and edit high-quality videos for our brand. The candidate should have a strong sense of design aesthetics, video editing skills, and the ability to deliver innovative content for digital platforms, social media, marketing campaigns, and product promotions.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Graphic Design

₹ Design social media creatives, banners, posters, packaging, brochures, and promotional materials.

₹ Create brand-consistent graphics for both online and offline marketing.

₹ Work on product labels, mockups, and advertising materials.

₹ Collaborate with the marketing team to translate campaign ideas into creative visuals.

₹ Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain a professional look.

Video Editing

₹ Edit and produce engaging video content including reels, ads, promotional videos, and product demos.

₹ Add effects, animations, transitions, subtitles, and background music to videos.

₹ Create short-form and long-form video content optimized for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.

₹ Work on video storytelling that enhances brand message and user engagement.

₹ Stay updated with video content trends (e.g., trending reels, YouTube shorts).

Collaboration & Execution

₹ Work closely with digital marketing, social media, and product teams.

₹ Manage multiple design projects with tight deadlines.

₹ Present creative ideas and contribute to brainstorming sessions.

Other Responsibilities

₹ Adapt designs and videos for multiple platforms and formats.

₹ Maintain an organized library of design files and video assets.

₹ Suggest new creative formats to improve engagement and brand visibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

₹ Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer & Video Editor.

₹ Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva, CorelDRAW (or similar).

₹ Strong sense of color theory, typography, and layout design.

₹ Experience in editing short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok style).

₹ Creativity, attention to detail, and time-management skills.

₹ Knowledge of motion graphics and 2D animation is a plus.
