Key Responsibilities
Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos for marketing, social media, websites, ads, and internal communications
Design and animate motion graphics, titles, lower thirds, transitions, and visual effects
Collaborate with marketing, content, and creative teams to understand project requirements and creative direction
Enhance videos with sound design, music, voiceovers, color correction, and visual effects
Ensure brand consistency across all video and motion graphic content
Optimize videos for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, websites, etc.)
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in video editing and motion design
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Video Editor and/or Motion Graphic Designer
Proficiency in
Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects
, and Photoshop/Illustrator
Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, and visual storytelling
Experience with color grading, audio syncing, and basic sound design
Ability to take creative feedback and revise work accordingly
Strong time management and organizational skills
A strong portfolio showcasing video editing and motion graphics work
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of social media video formats and performance best practices
Basic understanding of branding, marketing, or advertising concepts
Education
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Film, Animation, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
