Graphic Designer - Learning & Development (L&D)

Responsibility

Design and develop high-quality, visually appealing training videos and e-learning content aligned with learning objectives. Create graphics, animations, and visual elements that enhance comprehension, retention, and engagement. Collaborate closely with L&D specialists, subject matter experts, and instructional designers to understand training requirements and translate them into creative visual solutions. Ensure consistency in design, tone, and branding across all training materials. Edit and enhance video content, including adding transitions, overlays, captions, and effects to ensure clarity and professionalism. Optimize content for various formats (e-learning platforms, virtual classrooms, mobile learning, etc.). Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies relevant to educational content creation. Ensure timely delivery of video assets while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications:

Essential:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, or related field. Proven experience in video editing and graphic design, preferably in a training or educational context. Proficiency in design and video editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Canva Pro, or other relevant platforms. Strong storytelling ability and understanding of instructional design principles. Excellent visual communication and typography skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics. Time management and ability to meet project deadlines.

Preferred:

Experience in creating e-learning or corporate training videos. Familiarity with LMS platforms and content upload processes. Knowledge of motion graphics and interactive design. Experience with voice-over editing, subtitles, and multilingual content adaptation.
