Role Overview:

We are seeking a

versatile and creative Graphic Designer

to join our team! In this role, you'll design compelling visuals, create engaging videos, and develop

impactful presentations

that resonate with our audience. Your work will help shape our brand identity across digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and educational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Design engaging graphics for

social media, website, email campaigns, and marketing materials

. Create visually appealing

PowerPoint presentations

for workshops, webinars, and internal use. Edit and produce

high-quality videos

for promotional campaigns, social media, and educational content. Develop

eye-catching social media posts

optimized for engagement across platforms. Collaborate with the UI/UX and marketing teams to maintain a

consistent brand identity

. Work on

illustrations, infographics, motion graphics (if skilled), and storytelling visuals

. Stay updated with

design, video, and social media trends

to bring fresh ideas.

Requirements:

Proficiency in

Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD, After Effects, Premiere Pro)

. Strong skills in

video editing and motion graphics

(Reels, promotional videos, animations, etc.). Experience in designing

PowerPoint presentations (PPTs)

with strong visual storytelling. Ability to create

engaging social media content

aligned with branding and marketing goals. Knowledge of

typography, colour theory, and design principles

. Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to meet deadlines.

Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Mandatory):

Knowledge of

Canva, Figma

, or other design tools. Basic understanding of

UI/UX design

principles. Interest in

education, psychology, or child development-related projects

.
