To design visually engaging graphics and produce high-quality video content to support the University's branding, academic promotions, admissions, events, and digital communication initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Design creatives for
posters, brochures, banners, hoardings, flyers
, and other promotional materials.
Create
digital content
for the University's website, social media platforms, emailers, and presentations.
Ensure all designs comply with the
University's brand guidelines
.
Support academic departments with design requirements for conferences, seminars, and workshops.
Video Editing & Production
Edit and produce videos for
admissions campaigns, events, convocation, guest lectures, and institutional promotions
.
Create short-form videos/reels for
social media platforms
.
Perform basic
motion graphics, transitions, titles, and animations
.
Manage raw footage, audio syncing, color correction, and final rendering.
Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with
Admissions, PR, Academics, and Event teams
.
Coordinate with photographers, faculty, and external vendors when required.
Meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Content & Asset Management
Maintain and organize digital assets (design files, videos, templates).
Update and archive content as per University requirements.
