Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team Management
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of graphic designers and video editors
Assign tasks, manage timelines, and ensure on-time delivery of projects
Review team output and provide constructive feedback
Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams
Design & Video Production
Create and oversee visual content including branding, social media creatives, ads, presentations, and marketing collateral
Lead video production including concept development, editing, motion graphics, and final delivery
Ensure consistency in brand identity across all visual and video assets
Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry best practices
Strategy & Quality Control
Translate business and marketing requirements into creative solutions
Maintain quality standards for all design and video outputs
Optimize workflows and improve team efficiency
Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or related field (preferred)
4-6+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing
Prior experience in a
team lead or senior role
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.)
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, motion graphics, and storytelling
Excellent communication, leadership, and time-management skills
