Job Description

A Graphic Designer and Video Editor creates engaging visual content, designing graphics for print/digital media (logos, social posts) and editing video footage (social, promos) using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, ensuring brand consistency, managing projects, and incorporating feedback across platforms, requiring strong design/editing skills and creativity to meet deadlines. Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design

: Develop and design marketing materials (brochures, web graphics, social media assets), logos, and branding elements.

Video Editing

: Assemble raw footage, add effects, transitions, sound, and color correct to produce polished videos for various channels.

Collaboration

: Work with marketing/content teams to align visuals with brand strategy and campaign goals.

Motion Graphics

: Create simple animations and motion graphics to enhance video and digital content.

Project Management

: Manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and maintain organized files.

Quality & Consistency

: Ensure all assets adhere to brand guidelines and technical standards for different platforms.

Trend Awareness

: Stay updated on the latest design and video editing trends and software.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Portfolio

: Strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and video editing expertise.

Software Proficiency

: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Caneva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) is crucial.

Technical Skills

: Understanding of typography, color theory, layout, video editing techniques (splicing, color grading).

Soft Skills

: Excellent communication, time management, attention to detail, and ability to take feedback.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field (or equivalent experience).
