About the Role

We are looking for a

creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer

to join our content production team. You will be responsible for creating visually striking graphics, thumbnails, and design assets that enhance our YouTube videos and maintain a strong brand identity across platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok).

Key Responsibilities

Design

high-converting YouTube thumbnails

optimized for clicks and engagement. Create

visual assets

for YouTube Shorts, Reels, and community posts. Maintain a

consistent visual style

aligned with the brand tone, color scheme, and storytelling style. Collaborate with the content, video editing, and marketing teams to conceptualize

visual themes

for upcoming videos. Design

channel banners, end screens, overlays, and social media posts

. Research and apply

current visual trends

on YouTube and social platforms. Work closely with the AI/video production team to integrate creative graphics seamlessly into video workflows.

Requirements

Proven experience as a

Graphic Designer

, preferably in

YouTube content creation or social media

. Strong portfolio showcasing work in

thumbnails, digital media, or motion design

. Proficiency in

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva

(After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus). Understanding of

visual storytelling, color psychology, and typography

. Ability to work

independently

, meet deadlines, and adapt to fast-paced creative direction. Awareness of

YouTube SEO, algorithm trends, and viewer behavior

is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of

AI tools

like Midjourney, Leonardo.ai, or Firefly for creative visuals. Basic understanding of

video editing

for YouTube Shorts or Reels. Experience creating

animated titles, intros, or motion thumbnails

. Creative mindset with a strong sense of

composition and emotional impact

in visuals.
