who can translate ideas, concepts, and brand values into visually compelling designs. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, color theory, and layout design, along with the ability to work across both digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities1. Brand & Visual Identity
Develop and maintain
consistent brand visuals
across all platforms.
Interpret brand guidelines and ensure strict adherence to fonts, colors, tone, and visual language.
Contribute to evolving and refining the brand identity as the company grows.
Create mood boards, style guides, and visual references when required.
2. Digital Design
Design creatives for:
Social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
Ads (Meta Ads, Google Display, banners)
Website visuals (landing pages, banners, UI assets)
Emailers and newsletters
Optimize designs for different platforms, formats, and screen sizes.
Ensure designs are aligned with performance and engagement goals.
3. Print & Offline Design
Design print materials such as:
Brochures, flyers, posters
Packaging designs
Visiting cards, letterheads, brand stationery
Hoardings, standees, event collaterals
Prepare print-ready files with correct bleed, margins, and color profiles.
Coordinate with printers/vendors to ensure quality output.
4. Creative Collaboration
Work closely with:
Marketing team
Content writers
Social media managers
Video editors
Product and sales teams
Convert briefs into visually impactful designs.
Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and creative discussions.
Take feedback constructively and iterate designs efficiently.
5. Content & Campaign Support
Design campaign creatives for product launches, offers, festive campaigns, and brand storytelling.
Create visual concepts for reels, videos, thumbnails, and storyboards.
Assist in building visual narratives for long-term campaigns.
6. File Management & Workflow
Maintain proper organization of design files, assets, and versions.
Follow internal naming conventions and folder structures.
Ensure timely delivery of creatives as per deadlines.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills
Proficiency in:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe InDesign
Working knowledge of:
Canva (for quick adaptations)
Figma (preferred)
Understanding of:

Grid systems
Basic understanding of motion graphics is a plus.

Experience Requirements
1-4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (agency or in-house).
Freshers with
exceptional portfolios
are welcome.
Experience working with premium or brand-driven companies is a plus.
Educational Background
Bachelor's degree or diploma in:

Fine Arts
Multimedia Design
