Job Overview

We are looking for a

creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer

who can design

brochures, presentations (PPTs), prospectus, posters, and digital creatives

for an

admission consultancy environment

.

The role involves working across

multiple education genres

such as

Medical, Engineering, CUET, Universities, Colleges, and Career Guidance

, ensuring that all designs are

clear, professional, informative, and visually engaging

for students and parents.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Creative Work

Design

brochures, prospectus, flyers, and leaflets

for: Medical admissions Engineering admissions CUET & Central Universities College-specific counselling programs Create

professional PPTs

for: Student & parent counselling sessions College presentations Internal training and orientation programs Design

posters, banners, standees, and digital creatives

for online & offline use

Education & Consultancy-Specific Design

Convert

complex admission processes

into: Easy-to-understand visuals Infographics Flowcharts & step-by-step layouts Design materials suitable for: Students Parents Counsellors & internal teams Maintain clarity, accuracy, and consistency in

educational content design

Branding & Consistency

Ensure all designs follow

brand guidelines

, color themes, and fonts Maintain a

uniform design language

across: Brochures PPTs Prospectus Social & print creatives Adapt designs for

multiple colleges and education genres

without compromising quality

Coordination & Execution

Work closely with

counsellors, management, and content teams

Make revisions based on feedback in a timely manner Manage multiple design tasks and deadlines efficiently Prepare files for

print and digital formats

Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills (Must-Have)

Proficiency in: Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator/Corel Draw Adobe InDesign (preferred) MS PowerPoint / Google Slides Strong understanding of: Layouts Typography Color theory Print & digital formats

Preferred Skills

Experience in

education, admission consultancy, or corporate presentations

Ability to design

information-heavy content

in a visually appealing way Basic knowledge of

social media creatives

is a plus Understanding of

print specifications

and production-ready files

Experience Requirements

1-3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer Prior experience in

education, consultancy, coaching, or service-based organizations

preferred Freshers with a strong portfolio may also apply
