Role Overview

This is a dual-role for someone who is strong in

designing high-quality graphics

and

editing engaging social media videos

.
You will work across content, merch, events, campaigns, and social media.

Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design

Create social media posts, banners, posters, website graphics, and campaign creatives. Design merchandise artwork for T-shirts, hoodies, oversized tees, etc. Develop visuals for events, competitions, collaborations, and campaigns. Use anime-inspired references and aesthetics across all designs. Maintain brand consistency and deliver fast, high-engagement creatives.

Video Editing

Edit short-form videos for Reels/Shorts (fast cuts, anime SFX, captions, transitions). Edit long-form content: vlogs, event recaps, BTS, announcements. Add stylized text, motion graphics, and anime elements. Collaborate with the Social Media Content Manager to plan and execute video concepts. Handle footage management, basic color correction, sound sync, and exports.

Requirements

Proficiency in

Photoshop, Illustrator

(or equivalent). Strong skills in

Premiere Pro, CapCut, VN, or DaVinci Resolve

. Ability to understand anime culture, trends, and visual styles. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail. Ability to work fast and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Strong sense of aesthetic, typography, composition, and pacing.

Good to Have

Motion graphics skills (After Effects). Digital illustration skills (Procreate / CSP). Experience designing apparel graphics or streetwear prints. Ability to shoot basic video footage if required. Passion for anime, manga, gaming, or pop culture.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
