Rentaroof.in & S. Narang constructions, a real estate group catering to providing luxury property consultation & luxury property constructions, are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our expanding social media team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content to enhance our online presence and engage our audience across various social media platforms.

Purpose:? To execute high-quality visual content that aligns with the brand's identity and approved content strategy.
Scope of Work

Create and edit visual content based on approved briefs and scripts Shoot & Edit videos and design graphics for all social media platforms Ensure consistency in brand style, colors, fonts and visual tone Adapt content for different formats (reels, posts, stories, ads, long-form) Work closely with the content and execution teams for requirements Deliver all assets within defined timelines Make revisions based on feedback before final approval Maintain and organize all visual assets and files
Responsibility: Execution quality and visual consistency

Output: Platform-ready, on-brand visual content

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other relevant design and editing software. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual composition. Excellent video editing skills, including proficiency in video/audio editing, motion graphics, and animation. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate creative ideas and concepts. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset. Prior experience in social media marketing or content creation is a plus. Must have a laptop during the provisional period. Post that the company will provide a system.
