10 AM - 7 PM (or as per clinic policy)

1. Job Purpose



To create engaging videos, reels, graphics, posters, and digital content for marketing, branding, and promotional activities. The role focuses on boosting online presence, improving patient engagement, and supporting all digital campaigns.

2. Key Responsibilities A. Video Editing



Shoot and edit videos (doctors' videos, patient testimonials, procedure clips, clinic tours). Create reels, shorts, and social media videos with transitions, captions, and effects. Edit before/after videos for dermatology, aesthetics, cosmetology, and ophthalmology. Maintain high quality, smooth storytelling, and brand consistency. Handle color correction, sound leveling, and background music.

B. Graphic Design



Design clinic posters, banners, flyers, brochures, and social media creatives. Prepare festival posts, offer posts, weekly informative posts (skin, hair, eye, dental). Make thumbnail designs for YouTube and short-form platforms. Maintain brand identity across all designs (logo, colors, fonts).

C. Social Media Support



Create content calendar based on treatments, offers, and campaigns. Provide creatives to the marketing team on time. Export files in correct formats for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and website. Collaborate with the digital marketing team for ads and campaigns.

D. Photography & Shooting



Capture high-quality photos of clinic, procedures (with consent), and equipment. Take before/after treatment photographs. Set up lighting, framing, and angles for shoots.

E. Administration & Coordination



Maintain storage, hard drive, and project backups. Work closely with doctors, clinic manager, and marketing team. Deliver content before deadlines. Update project status in a content tracker.

3. Required Skills & Qualifications



Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma Experience in creating reels and short-form content Good understanding of color theory, fonts, and aesthetics Basic camera shooting skills Creativity + ability to meet deadlines

SOP 1: Daily Workflow



Check content calendar or tasks assigned by Manager. Organize raw files from camera/mobile into folders. Prioritize urgent posts (offer posts, festival posts, doctor videos). Edit videos and graphics based on deadlines. Submit completed content for approval. Finalize approved creatives and export in required format. Backup files at the end of the day.

SOP 2: Video Shooting Process



Ensure camera/mobile is charged and storage is available. Set up lighting, background, and mic (if available). Guide doctor/staff for best angles, clarity, and script. Record video smoothly--stable frame, clear audio. Take multiple shots for safety. Transfer raw footage immediately to system with date-wise folder.

SOP 3: Video Editing Standard



Import raw footage ? clean unwanted clips. Add caption, logo watermark, and brand colors. Use trending music (copyright-free if needed). Add relevant text overlays, before/after transitions, and animations. Ensure: No shaky clips No background noise Clear voice Proper brightness/contrast Export in correct format:

SOP 4: Graphic Designing Standard



Check brand guidelines (logo, color codes, fonts). Draft 2-3 layout options when required. Use high-resolution images and proper alignment. Add call-to-action (CTA) if it's a promotional design: Call Now Book Appointment Offer Valid Till Date Ensure spelling, grammar, price details, and dates are correct. Submit for approval before posting.

SOP 5: Social Media Post Workflow



Prepare content at least

2 days in advance

. Coordinate with marketing team for captions/hashtags. Deliver final designs by: Reels by 2 PM Regular posts by 4 PM Keep editable files (PSD, AI, PRPROJ) saved neatly.

SOP 6: File Management



Create monthly folders: Raw Videos Edited Videos Creatives Thumbnails Reels Backup all work on external drive weekly. Keep file names clear: DrName_Service_Date_ProjectName.mp4

SOP 7: End-of-Day Reporting



Share daily work done: Videos Edited Reels Created Creatives Designed Pending Work Submit list to Clinic Manager/Marketing Head.
