Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can design and produce high-quality marketing materials for real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have strong visual design skills, a good sense of storytelling, and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Design social media posts, flyers, brochures, and branding collaterals for property promotions. Edit and produce short marketing videos, reels, and walkthroughs for digital platforms. Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to conceptualize campaign ideas. Add motion graphics, voiceovers, and animation to enhance video quality. Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials. Stay updated with the latest trends in real estate marketing and social media design.

Requirements:

Proven experience in graphic design and video editing (real estate experience preferred). Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software. Strong understanding of social media formats, especially Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. A creative eye for design, storytelling, and visual marketing. Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
