Job Description

We are looking for a creative, multi-skilled professional who can manage Graphic design, Videography and Video editing end-to-end. The ideal candidate should be innovative, versatile, and up-to-date with Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and the latest social media trends, with the ability to produce engaging content from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design

Design creatives, posters, banners, and digital ads. Create brand-aligned social media assets. Develop branding materials for marketing campaigns and events.
Videography

Plan, shoot, and direct professional-quality videos (indoor/outdoor). Manage lighting, framing, and camera work independently. Capture behind-the-scenes, promotional, and product content.
Video Editing

Edit raw footage into engaging short-form and long-form videos. Add captions, transitions, music, and effects. Repurpose long-form videos into Reels, Shorts, and bite-sized clips.
Social Media Content

Stay updated with content trends, algorithms, and best practices. Suggest fresh and innovative content ideas to boost engagement. Optimize videos for maximum performance across platforms.
Requirements:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar tools. Hands-on experience with cameras, lighting, and audio equipment. Strong video editing and motion graphics skills. Understanding of social media content strategies and trends. Ability to work independently with great attention to detail. Creative mindset with storytelling skills.
Nice-to-Have:

Experience with Canva or Figma. Knowledge of basic animation or 2D graphics. Prior work in branding, advertising, or social media marketing.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
