Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer & Video Editor with hands-on expertise in video editing, shooting, and social media ad management. The ideal candidate should be able to analyze audience engagement trends, create compelling visuals, and collaborate closely with the digital marketing team for maximum impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Create engaging graphics, promotional creatives, and animations for marketing campaigns. Shoot and edit high-quality videos for Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube and is proficient to upload the posts on all social media. Develop visually appealing ad creatives and social media posts optimized for audience engagement. Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align content with branding and campaign objectives. Optimize video content with SEO-friendly titles, captions, hashtags, and strong CTAs. Manage ad creatives for paid social media campaigns and analyze ad performance. Stay updated on social media trends, design best practices, and platform-specific video formats.
Key Requirements:

Education: Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field. Experience: 5+ years in graphic design, video editing, and social media content creation. Software Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva. Ad Management: Experience in creating and optimizing social media ads (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube). Creative Thinking: Ability to develop engaging visuals that resonate with target audiences. Deadline-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines.
