Job Summary: Viva Housing, a leading real estate company, is seeking a highly creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, with proficiency in After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other video editing software. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and compelling visual designs for various marketing collateral, including social media graphics, email campaigns, print materials, and website assets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute visual designs that align with the company\'s brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
- Use your knowledge of video editing and motion graphics to create engaging video content for various digital platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques, and incorporate them into the company\'s marketing efforts.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Liaise with external vendors and printers to ensure the quality and timely delivery of printed materials.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills and expertise.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly in After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other video editing software.
- Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure quality control across all marketing collateral.
- Basic Knowledge in 3DX Max.
