Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented

Graphic Designer & Video Editor

to join our team. You'll be responsible for creating compelling visuals and editing videos that drive engagement across social media, ad campaigns, websites, and brand assets. You'll work closely with our marketing team to bring concepts to life--from ideation to final production.

Key Responsibilities:

Design engaging social media creatives, ad banners, thumbnails, brochures, and email assets Edit short-form videos (Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikToks) and long-form video content Add subtitles, transitions, and animations to enhance video storytelling Repurpose existing footage into multiple formats for different platforms Create brand kits, style guides, and templates for clients Collaborate with account managers and copywriters to meet creative objectives Stay on top of design and video trends across industries

Required Skills & Experience:

2+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing (agency or freelance) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and equivalent tools like Canva, CapCut, and Final Cut Pro Strong portfolio showcasing a mix of design and video projects Understanding of social media platforms and aspect ratios (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, remote work environment Bonus: Understanding of what works on Instagram
