CognoSpace is an activity-based education solutions provider focused on Experiential Learning through 500+ hands-on activities across 20+ STEAM sub-modules aligned with NCERT and Cambridge standards. We collaborate with schools to set up smart labs equipped with advanced tools like AI, Drones, AR/VR, Automation, and 3D Printing. All our teaching materials are designed by our In-house research team and produced at our own facility to ensure high-quality, engaging learning experiences.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented professional with strong expertise in

design, video editing, and motion graphics

. The ideal candidate should be proficient in industry-standard design and editing tools, capable of producing visually stunning content for digital platforms. This role requires someone who can take ownership of the creative process--from concept to execution--while ensuring consistency with the brand's identity

Requirements:

Design and edit

high-quality graphics, photos, and digital creatives

for marketing campaigns, social media, and web platforms. Perform

photo editing, compositing, and retouching

using Adobe Photoshop. Create

vector-based designs, illustrations, and layouts

using CorelDRAW. Utilize Canva for

quick-turnaround content and templates

to support ongoing campaigns. Edit and produce

professional videos

using Adobe Premiere Pro. Develop

motion graphics, animations, and VFX elements

with Adobe After Effects. Collaborate with the digital marketing and content team to bring creative concepts to life. Ensure all visuals and videos adhere to brand guidelines and meet high-quality standards. Stay updated with the latest design, video, and digital media trends.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, Animation, or a related field. 3+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer / Video Editor / Motion Graphics Artist. Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in design, video editing, and motion graphics. Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Mandatory Skills (Must-Have):

Adobe Photoshop - photo editing, compositing, retouching CorelDRAW - vector illustration Canva - quick content creation, templates Adobe Premiere Pro - professional video editing Adobe After Effects - motion graphics, VFX

Good-to-Have Skills (Preferred):

Adobe Illustrator - vector graphics, logo design Figma / Sketch - UI/UX design, wireframing DaVinci Resolve - color grading & high-end editing
