Job Description

We are seeking a FULL TIME creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our brand message and captivate our target audience. Your designs will be used across various platforms, including print and digital media. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Create engaging and innovative designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, and website layouts.
• Develop visual concepts and mockups that align with brand guidelines and project specifications.
• Use graphic design software and tools to create high-quality designs that meet industry standards.
• Incorporate feedback and make revisions to designs based on client or team input.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging design techniques to ensure our designs are fresh and cutting-edge.
• Ensure that all design deliverables are produced within the given timeframe and meet project deadlines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, photographers, and developers, to ensure design integration and consistency across different channels.
• Maintain a strong understanding of our target audience and tailor designs to effectively engage and resonate with them.
• Maintain a portfolio of your work to showcase your skills and capabilities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or a similar role, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.
• Excellent creativity and artistic skills, with the ability to think outside the box and bring innovative ideas to the table.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work within a team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of current design trends and best practices.
• A degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
