Responsibilities: *Conceptualize and create visually appealing graphic designs for various digital marketing campaigns, including social media, websites, email marketing, and more. *Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand project objectives, target audiences, and campaign goals, ensuring designs align with overall marketing strategies. *Develop original and innovative design concepts that resonate with our brand image and effectively convey complex ideas and messages. *Produce high-quality graphics that enhance user experience and contribute to improved online engagement. *Create and modify visual content for different platforms, ensuring consistency across various mediums. *Stay updated with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to continuously improve the quality and impact of our designs. *Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment. *Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, motion graphic designers, and marketers, to ensure cohesive visual storytelling. *Maintain and uphold brand guidelines and standards across all design projects. *Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions, idea generation, and design strategies.
