Position: Graphic Designer (with Social Media Marketing Experience)

Job Responsibilities

Graphic Design

Design high-quality destination posters, promotional banners, advertisements, and tour package creatives

Create visually appealing graphics for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)

Develop design concepts and themes based on travel destinations, seasons, and promotional campaigns

Create marketing assets such as flyers, brochures, emailers, digital ads, thumbnails, and website graphics

Maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all creative materials

Understand trends in design and adapt visuals accordingly

Photo Editing

Edit, retouch, color-correct, and enhance travel photos for marketing use

Organize and maintain a library of edited photos for internal use

Ensure all images meet brand standards and platform requirements

Video Editing

Edit short-form travel videos, reels, stories, and promotional videos

Add transitions, effects, titles, subtitles, and music to improve engagement

Create motion graphics using After Effects or equivalent software

Optimize videos for different platforms and formats

Social Media Marketing

Ideate, plan, and create content calendars for social media platforms

Design and schedule posts, stories, reels, and promotional campaigns

Monitor social media trends, insights, and competitor activities

Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign planning & performance tracking

Maintain brand tone and visual strategy across platforms

Collaboration & Strategy

Work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to conceptualize campaigns

Provide creative input for new tour packages, seasonal campaigns, and destination highlights

Brainstorm new design ideas and concepts to improve brand visibility

Manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines

Required Software Skills

- Photo Editing (Must Have):

- Adobe Photoshop

- Adobe Lightroom

- Canva (Advanced Editing)

- Video Editing (Must Have/Preferred):

- Adobe Premiere Pro

- Adobe After Effects

- Final Cut Pro (Optional)

- CapCut / Mobile Editing Tools (for quick reels)

Creative Skillset:

Strong creativity to design eye-catching, attractive destination posters

Deep understanding of travel aesthetics, color theory, typography & layout

Ability to visualize destinations and convert concepts into appealing designs
