designing visual assets, editing engaging video content, and delivering high-quality digital creatives
that align with brand strategy. You will collaborate with marketing, social media, and content teams to bring campaigns to life and enhance our visual storytelling across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Design high-quality
graphics, illustrations, and layouts
for digital, print, and social media campaigns.
Edit and produce
engaging video content
(short-form & long-form) for marketing, social, web, and advertising.
Create
motion graphics, animations, and visual effects
to elevate video content.
Ensure brand consistency across all creative deliverables.
Collaborate with the marketing/content team on campaign concepts and storytelling.
Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining high design standards.
Stay updated with the
latest design, video, and social media trends
to bring fresh ideas to the table.
Optimize designs and videos for different platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, websites, ads).
Maintain an organized library of design and video assets.
Required Skills & ExpertiseDesign Tools:
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
Figma / Sketch (UI/UX design basics preferred)
Canva / other quick-design tools (for fast turnaround projects)
Video Editing Tools:
Adobe Premiere Pro (or Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve)
After Effects (motion graphics & animation)
Audition (basic sound editing preferred)
Core Skills:
Strong eye for
design aesthetics, typography, and color theory
Expertise in
video storytelling, transitions, sound syncing, and pacing
Ability to create
social-media-ready creatives and reels
Knowledge of
brand guidelines and marketing design best practices

Qualifications
