Role Overview:

We're looking for a creative and tech-savvy designer who can create compelling visual content for our marketing campaigns using both traditional design tools and AI. You should be comfortable with graphic design, video editing, and leveraging AI tools to produce high-quality content efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

Design digital ads for social media and Google campaigns Create marketing collaterals (brochures, leaflets, flyers, banners) Design social media posts, infographics, and web graphics Use AI tools to enhance and speed up design workflows Work with Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design software

Video Editing:

Edit promotional videos, testimonials, and webinar recordings Add subtitles/captions to videos for social media Create AI-generated videos using relevant tools Edit using Premiere Pro, Filmora, or similar software Optimize videos for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook)

General:

Understand campaign briefs and translate them into visual content Collaborate with marketing team to align designs with brand guidelines Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Stay updated on AI design and video tools

Required Skills:

Proficiency in

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva

Video editing experience with

Premiere Pro, Filmora

or similar tools Knowledge of

AI design tools

(MidJourney, DALL-E, Canva AI, etc.) Experience with

AI video tools

and subtitle generation Strong visual design sense and attention to detail

Excellent communication skills

- able to understand requirements clearly Quick learner who can adapt to new tools and techniques

Ideal Candidate:

1-3 years experience in graphic design and video editing Portfolio demonstrating both design and video work Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Proactive and able to work independently Graduate/Diploma in Design, Visual Arts, or related field (preferred)

Bonus:

Experience with motion graphics, animation, or AI content generation tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,622.08 - ₹80,026.24 per month
