Job Description

Glen Recruiters is looking for an experienced Graphic Designer/Video editor. Expert in branding, create engaging beautiful, and on-brand graphics for a variety of media. Should have hands-on UI/UX/ premier pro. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be responsible for shaping the visual aspects of marketing materials, flyers, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions and more. You will work closely with our marketing team to create new and improve the existing website, as well as design marketing graphic materials, such as infographics, social images, ad banners, and other graphics. Responsibilities Video Content Creation:

• Produce high-quality video content for our channels including podcasts and clips
• Handle everything to do with video content including ideating, editing, producing and post production with keen attention to detail

Social Media:

• Develop and implement creative social media strategies spanning LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and other platforms
• Assist in creating graphics for social media posts (Canvas)
• Monitor all social media channels to ensure timely and regular posting
• Stay updated on industry trends to offer valuable insights for enhancing social media campaigns
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies
• Maintain a content calendar & pre-plan the assets
• Track data on effectiveness of campaigns
• Propose new ideas and initiatives to help the accounts grow

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in video creation, editing and social media management. For own channels or working for others
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Fillmore etc)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Education:

• Bachelor\'s (Preferred)

• Video Editing: 2 years (Required)
