About the Position: Graphic Designer

Statcon Powtech Private Limited is seeking a

creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer

to join our Marketing Team. This role is ideal for candidates with strong visual design skills, a passion for branding, and the ability to transform technical concepts into compelling visuals for both digital and print media.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design engaging graphics, infographics, and creatives for marketing campaigns, social media, and advertisements. Develop layouts for brochures, product catalogs, presentations, case studies, and other marketing collaterals. Create visually appealing assets for digital platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp campaigns. Collaborate with the marketing and engineering teams to convert complex product features into impactful visual stories. Support video production with motion graphics, thumbnails, and creative design elements. Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications and platforms. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and audience engagement patterns to deliver innovative concepts. Maintain and organize a digital library of design assets for campaigns and branding initiatives. Contribute to campaign performance tracking by creating visually clear reports and presentations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field (engineering background is a plus for better product understanding). Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio of creative work. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or similar. Knowledge of video editing/motion graphics tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, or CapCut is an advantage. Strong sense of visual aesthetics, branding, typography, and layout design. Familiarity with social media formats, digital marketing creatives, and SEO-friendly design principles. Self-motivated, innovative, and detail-oriented, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
