Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer & Video Creator to join our dynamic team. This role requires a keen eye for design and proficiency in creating compelling visual content across digital platforms. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-quality graphics and videos that align with our brand and marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Design static and motion graphics for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, presentations, and advertisements.
Plan, shoot and edit video content for various digital platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand project needs and deliver visual solutions.
Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs.
Stay updated on design trends, tools and video technologies.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Optimize media for performance across different platforms.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
3+ years of experience in graphic design and video production.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
Strong portfolio showcasing both graphic and video work.
Knowledge of design principles, color theory and typography.
Experience with animation and motion graphics is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with UI/UX tools is a plus.
Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices for video content.
Basic understanding of marketing principles and brand storytelling.
