Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and Design: Develop creative concepts and design layouts for various marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, posters, banners, social media graphics, advertisements, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Brand Identity: Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all design collateral to maintain brand integrity and identity.
- Digital Design: Create engaging visuals for digital platforms, including website graphics, email templates, social media posts, and digital advertisements, keeping in mind responsive design principles and user experience.
- Print Production: Prepare print-ready files and collaborate with printing vendors to ensure high-quality output of printed materials, including selecting appropriate paper stock and printing techniques.
- Image Editing: Retouch and manipulate images as needed for design projects, ensuring high-quality and professional results.
- Typography and Layout: Pay attention to typography, layout, and composition to effectively communicate messages and enhance visual appeal.
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.
- Collaboration and Feedback: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and external agencies, to gather feedback and incorporate changes into design iterations.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continuously improve skills and stay innovative in design approaches.
