Position Overview ASDM is seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Design Trainer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of practical experience in graphic design and a passion for imparting knowledge to aspiring designers. As a Graphic Design Trainer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the skills and creativity of our students, preparing them for successful careers in the digital marketing industry. Responsibilities - Conduct engaging and interactive graphic design training sessions for students. - Develop and deliver comprehensive curriculum content related to graphic design principles, tools, and industry best practices. - Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students, fostering a positive and collaborative learning environment. - Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in graphic design to ensure the relevance of training materials. - Collaborate with other trainers and team members to enhance the overall learning experience. Qualifications - Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in graphic design. - Proficient in industry-standard graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). - Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Prior teaching or training experience is a plus. Salary Range The expected salary for this position is in the range of \xe2\x82\xb925,000 to \xe2\x82\xb950,000 per month, commensurate with the candidate\'s experience and skills.
