- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand brand objectives and develop design concepts that align with the brand identity.
- Create compelling visual assets for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, website banners, and print materials.
- Design packaging solutions that effectively showcase product benefits and appeal to our target audience.
- Produce high-quality graphics for product labels, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in design aesthetics.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and sales, to ensure design solutions meet business objectives and timelines.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions to develop innovative design concepts and strategies.
- Conduct quality checks on designs to ensure accuracy and consistency across all marketing materials.
- Assist in photoshoots and provide art direction when necessary to maintain visual consistency across all brand assets.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience (3 years) working as a graphic designer, preferably in the skincare, beauty, or fashion industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design concepts effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of organization and time management.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, with a focus on beauty or skincare-related work is preferred.
- Knowledge of printing processes and packaging design is a plus.
- Passion for skincare and beauty industry trends.
