Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Design high-quality graphics for websites, social media platforms (e.g., X, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook), and digital marketing campaigns.
Create visual assets, including banners, infographics, logos, and promotional materials, that align with brand guidelines.
Collaborate with the digital marketing team to produce content that enhances post impressions and audience engagement.
Develop designs for print materials, such as brochures, posters, and business collateral, as needed.
Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of designs into web and mobile platforms.
Contribute to the creation of UI/UX designs for portals and applications, ensuring a user-friendly experience.
Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and analytics insights to optimize performance.
Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to deliver innovative and modern visuals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design or a related field.
Technical Skills:

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or Canva.

Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.
o
Experience creating graphics for digital platforms, including social media and websites.
o
Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles for web and mobile applications.
