Key Responsibilities

Design high-impact

ad creatives

for Meta, Google, and other performance marketing platforms, aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines. Develop creatives for

D2C skincare and fashion brands

, including static ads, carousels, banners, landing page visuals, and promotional assets. Collaborate with performance marketing teams to understand

funnels, KPIs, and audience insights

, translating them into effective visual communication. Create multiple creative variations for

A/B testing

, including headlines, layouts, color treatments, and visual hooks. Maintain brand consistency while adapting designs for different platforms, formats, and audience segments. Work on marketing collateral such as website creatives, emailers, product launch assets, and social media visuals when required. Interpret performance data and feedback to continuously

optimize creatives for higher CTR, conversions, and ROAS

. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor creatives, and emerging design styles within the D2C and performance marketing space. Coordinate with copywriters and strategists to ensure cohesive storytelling across campaigns. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications

2-4+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer in a

marketing agency or D2C-focused environment

. Proven experience working with

skincare, fashion, or beauty brands

. Strong understanding of

performance marketing creatives

and how design impacts conversions. Proficiency in

Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); After Effects or motion skills are a plus. Ability to design with a

marketing-first mindset

, balancing aesthetics with performance goals. Experience creating creatives specifically for

paid ads

(Meta & Google). Strong attention to detail, layout sense, typography, and color theory. Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly based on data and team inputs.
