Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and organised
Graphic Designer / Graphic Content Organizer
who can design visually engaging, structured, and purpose-driven graphics for our digital platforms. The role involves converting ideas, therapy concepts, and educational content into clear visual formats.
Key Responsibilities
Design creatives for social media posts, reels covers, posters, flyers, and WhatsApp creatives
Create
graphic organizers
(infographics, flowcharts, visual schedules, step-by-step guides, worksheets)
Maintain visual consistency with brand guidelines
Organise and manage graphic assets, templates, and design files
Collaborate with the therapy, content, and marketing teams to translate concepts into visuals
Make revisions based on feedback in a timely manner
Ensure sensitivity, inclusivity, and ethical representation in all designs
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools
Strong sense of layout, colour, typography, and visual hierarchy
Ability to simplify complex ideas into easy-to-understand visuals
Experience with education, healthcare, therapy, or child-focused content (preferred)
Good time management and attention to detail
