Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design creative content for school promotions, including posters, banners, brochures, flyers, and newsletters Create digital designs for social media, website updates, emailers, and online campaigns Design creatives for school events, competitions, admissions, and celebrations Maintain consistency with the school's brand identity and guidelines Edit and enhance photographs and visuals for school use Coordinate with teachers and administration to understand design requirements Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with printers when required Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines effectively

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field Proficiency in design software such as

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva

, or similar tools Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics will be an added advantage Strong creative and visual design skills Good understanding of layouts, typography, and color theory Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Excellent time-management and communication skills
