We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with around 2 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense and the ability to translate concepts into engaging designs that align with brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
The Graphic Designer will create visually appealing designs for digital and print platforms, including social media creatives, banners, brochures, presentations, and marketing collaterals. They will collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to understand design requirements and deliver high-quality outputs on time. The role also involves maintaining brand consistency across all creatives, making revisions based on feedback, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
The candidate should have proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva. A good understanding of typography, color theory, layouts, and visual hierarchy is essential. Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing tools will be an added advantage. The candidate should have strong communication skills, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Education & Experience:
A Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred. A minimum of 2 years of relevant graphic design experience with a strong portfolio is required.
